About This Retreat

What if joy was not something to earn?

Lalita is more than a getaway — it's a women's healing retreat designed to help you return to joy without needing a reason. Lalita — the playful goddess, the radiant one — reminds us that feminine energy at its freest is joyful, soft, fierce, and completely at home in itself. Somewhere between growing up and meeting the world's expectations, many of us lost access to that energy.

"This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It is about removing what was never yours — so that who you actually are can finally breathe."

Over three sacred days in Rishikesh, in the company of women who are also walking home to themselves, we create the conditions for a return. Through fire and sound, through movement and stillness, through laughter and tears — Lalita energy is awakened.

No spiritual experience required. No performance expected. You simply need to show up as you are — and let the Himalayas and the circle do the rest.

The Goddess

Who is Lalita?

Lalita Tripurasundari — "She who is beautiful in all three worlds" — is the Vedic goddess of beauty, play, love and divine joy. She is Shakti in her most radiant, most free, most utterly herself form. She does not dim. She does not perform. She simply is.

Radiance Without Effort

She does not try to shine. She simply removes what was dimming her light.

Joy That Belongs to Her

Not the joy that performs for others. The joy that rises from within — unbidden, unearned, completely hers.

Softness as Strength

Lalita's power is not hardness. It is the strength of the woman who is completely at home in herself.

Playfulness as Medicine

In Vedic tradition, play is sacred. Lalita's energy heals through laughter, creativity and unguarded expression.

Rest & Integration

Space to settle into your room, journal, or simply be. The fire ceremony is potent — allow the body time to receive what just happened.

4:30 PM

Intro Meditation + Deep Journaling

A guided Lalita meditation followed by structured journaling — diving into personal limitations, inherited stories, and what we are ready to release. This is the foundation of everything that follows.

Meditation

6:00 PM

Silent Ganga Walk

A slow, silent walk along the Ganga — the sacred heart of this Ganga retreat in Rishikesh, where the river holds what words cannot.

NATURE

7:30 PM

Sattvic Dinner Together

A nourishing communal dinner — vegetarian, freshly prepared. Conversation flows naturally. Connections begin to deepen.

9:30 PM

Gentle Sound Bath — Sleep Preparation

Himalayan singing bowls played softly to reset the nervous system, quiet the mind, and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep. Your first sound healing of the retreat.

SOUND HEALING

"She stopped performing. And began to feel."

6:00 AM

Morning Sadhana at the Ganga

Sunrise pranayama and silent meditation on the banks of the Ganges. The most sacred time of day, in the most sacred place. Nothing else is needed.

Pranayama

7:30 AM

Breakfast

Light sattvic breakfast — fruits, warm porridge, herbal chai. Space to journal, rest or simply be before the day unfolds.

9:00 AM

Yoga & Somatic Release

Trauma-informed movement designed to access and release stored emotions from the body. Hip openers, shaking practice, breathwork and somatic exercises — this is where the body's held stories begin to move.

Somatic

11:00 AM

Goddess Meditation — Invoking Lalita

A deep guided visualisation journey — meeting Lalita, receiving her energy, mantra chanting (Aing Hreeng Shreeng). The heart of the retreat. This is where the shift happens.

MANTRA

1:00 PM

Lunch + Rest

Nourishing meal and free time. Journal, rest, walk, connect. The afternoon holds both depth and lightness.

3:00 PM

Embodiment Practice + Barefoot Nature Walk

Sensory awareness practice — barefoot on the earth, touching trees, feeling the air. Embodiment is the bridge between insight and lived experience. Lalita energy lives in the body, not just the mind.

Nature

5:00 PM

Creative Expression Circle

Art, writing, dance — whatever calls you. No skill required. No outcome expected. This is Lalita at play. The most liberating session of the retreat for many women.

Creativity

7:00 PM

Group Sharing Circle

Women sit together — held, witnessed. No advice is given. You share only what you choose. You are only ever received, never judged. The deepest healing often happens here.

Sisterhood

9:30 PM

Ecstatic Dance — Free Movement

Free movement to music in sacred space. No choreography. No instructions. Just your body, the music, and permission to move exactly as you feel. This is Lalita dancing.

Lalita

"She did not leave transformed. She left remembered."

6:00 AM

Sunrise Ganga Ceremony

Diyas on the Ganges as the sun rises. Personal gratitude offerings, prayers for what you are calling in. One of the most beautiful moments of the retreat — standing at the river, watching your light float downstream..

SACRED RITUAL

7:30 AM

Breakfast

The final morning meal together. Conversations are different on Day 3 — something has shifted. You can feel it in the room.

9:00 AM

Full Himalayan Sound Healing Ceremony

A deep 60-minute Himalayan bowl sound bath — the most powerful session of the retreat. Bowls placed around the body, individual chakra work, deep theta state. Many women describe this as the moment everything finally landed.

 SOUND HEALING

10:30 AM

Integration Journaling

Guided journaling — who am I now? What did I discover? What am I taking home? What am I leaving here? This anchors the experience into your body and your daily life.

Meditation

11:30 PM

Energy Exchange — Feeding Children

We visit a nearby shelter to feed underprivileged children together. Giving as a spiritual practice — completing the circle of receiving by offering. One of the most heart-opening moments of the retreat. You will carry it home.

SEWA

1:00 PM

Closing Ceremony

Each woman shares one word, one insight, one commitment to herself. The circle is formally closed with a collective intention. We do not say goodbye — we say, "Until the next circle."

2:00 PM

Farewell Lunch & Departures

A final meal together before you carry Lalita's energy home with you — into your relationships, your work, your body, your everyday life.

Women's Words

What they came home to

"

I went in nervous, not knowing what to expect from a women's retreat. By Day 2 I was moving through ecstatic dance with women I had met 48 hours earlier — and crying from joy. That feeling of being completely seen and completely free at the same time — I had forgotten it was possible.
