About This Retreat
What if joy was not something to earn?
Lalita is more than a getaway — it's a women's healing retreat designed to help you return to joy without needing a reason. Lalita — the playful goddess, the radiant one — reminds us that feminine energy at its freest is joyful, soft, fierce, and completely at home in itself. Somewhere between growing up and meeting the world's expectations, many of us lost access to that energy.
"This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It is about removing what was never yours — so that who you actually are can finally breathe."
Over three sacred days in Rishikesh, in the company of women who are also walking home to themselves, we create the conditions for a return. Through fire and sound, through movement and stillness, through laughter and tears — Lalita energy is awakened.
No spiritual experience required. No performance expected. You simply need to show up as you are — and let the Himalayas and the circle do the rest.
The Goddess
Who is Lalita?
Lalita Tripurasundari — "She who is beautiful in all three worlds" — is the Vedic goddess of beauty, play, love and divine joy. She is Shakti in her most radiant, most free, most utterly herself form. She does not dim. She does not perform. She simply is.
Radiance Without Effort
She does not try to shine. She simply removes what was dimming her light.
Joy That Belongs to Her
Not the joy that performs for others. The joy that rises from within — unbidden, unearned, completely hers.
Softness as Strength
Lalita's power is not hardness. It is the strength of the woman who is completely at home in herself.
Playfulness as Medicine
In Vedic tradition, play is sacred. Lalita's energy heals through laughter, creativity and unguarded expression.

Women's Words
What they came home to
"
I went in nervous, not knowing what to expect from a women's retreat. By Day 2 I was moving through ecstatic dance with women I had met 48 hours earlier — and crying from joy. That feeling of being completely seen and completely free at the same time — I had forgotten it was possible.
