Aum

The primordial sound of creation. The vibration from which
all existence arose. The sound the universe makes when it
breathes.

Pranaum is the moment your breath becomes prayer.
The moment sound becomes medicine.
The moment you remember — you were never broken.

Rooted in Vedic tradition. Held in the Himalayas. Offered to you.
A sanctuary for sound healing in India, where breath and Himalayan sound become one.

WHAT WE OFFER

The Pranaum Sanctuary

Three pathways. One destination — yourself.

01 —

Himalayan singing bowls

Sound Healing

Himalayan singing bowls, tingsha bells, and sacred instruments — used in singing bowl healing to clear stagnant energy, restore your nervous system, and realign every chakra from root to crown. Rooted in the ancient art of singing bowl meditation, each session is a conversation between sound and your soul.

02 —

Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation

Ancient practices made accessible for the modern woman. Guided journeys through breath, mantra, and stillness. Not about emptying the mind — about listening to what the mind has always been trying to tell you.

03 —

Sacred women's gatherings

Shakti Circles

Sacred women's gatherings — online and in person. Held in sound, sisterhood, and the ancient knowing that women heal differently when they heal together. A circle has no head. Every woman is equally held.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Pranaum Session

You arrive as you are

No preparation needed. No spiritual experience required. You don't need to believe in anything. You just need to be willing to
feel.

The sound begins

Himalayan bowls are placed around and on the body in a guided singing bowl healing session. As they are struck, their vibration
travels through you — not metaphorically, but physically. Sound is medicine.

Something shifts

Most people feel it within minutes. A softening. A release. Tears sometimes. Laughter sometimes. Peace, almost always. The body
knows how to heal — sound simply reminds it.

You leave different

Not fixed. Not transformed overnight. But lighter. More yourself. Like something that was knotted has simply, quietly, let go.

Aum

Pranaum is being born

Just like you, it is in its becoming. Join the circle — be the first to know when sound healing
sessions, guided meditations, and sacred women's circles open their doors.

You will receive wisdom, not noise. We honour your inbox as sacred space.

Frequently Asked

What is singing bowl meditation?

Singing bowl meditation uses the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls to guide the mind into deep stillness. As the bowls are played, their vibrations gently slow the pace of thought, easing the body out of stress and into rest.

Singing bowl healing works through vibration and resonance. Each bowl carries its own frequency; played on or around the body, its sound waves move through tissue and nervous system alike, encouraging release and deep relaxation.

India is home to some of the world's oldest contemplative sound traditions, and the Himalayan foothills — where Pranaum is rooted — have long been held as sacred ground for meditation and healing. Practicing sound healing in India means practicing close to its source.

Yes. Pranaum is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand — just a short drive from Rishikesh, in the same Himalayan foothill region long known as a center for yoga, meditation, and sound healing. Sessions serve seekers throughout this area.
